• Account information — When you register, we collect your name and email address via Clerk, our authentication provider. If you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your Google profile name and email address.
• Payment information — Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Pursuit Financial Prep LLC does not store or have access to your payment card details. Stripe retains payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
• Usage data — We store your practice session answers, exam results, performance metrics, and bookmarks in order to provide analytics and personalized study recommendations.
• Feedback and survey responses — Optional daily surveys and question feedback you submit are stored to improve the quality of the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Personalize your study experience and generate performance recommendations
• Respond to your questions or support requests
• Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve content quality

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate the Service:

• Clerk — handles authentication (account creation, login, Google OAuth). Your account credentials are managed by Clerk and subject to their privacy policy.
• Stripe — handles payment processing and subscription management. Payment data is managed by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
