1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services at pursuitfinancialprep.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Pursuit Financial Prep LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Service

Pursuit Financial Prep LLC provides an online platform offering CFA® exam preparation study materials, including a question bank of over 2,400 exam-style questions, timed 180-question mock exams, per-topic performance analytics, and related educational tools. The Service is intended for individuals preparing for the CFA® Level I examination.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

Full access to the Service requires a paid annual subscription. Current pricing tiers:

• Founding Member — $49/year: Limited availability. Price is locked for the lifetime of the subscription.
• Standard — $149/year: Full access to all features. Renews annually.

All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No payment is required to start. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires selecting a paid plan.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Pursuit Financial Prep LLC does not store your payment card information. Subscriptions renew automatically on an annual basis unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

4. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at legal@pursuitfinancialprep.com within 7 days of the charge. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including questions, explanations, analytics, software, and visual design — is owned by or licensed to Pursuit Financial Prep LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the Service for individual study purposes only.

6. CFA Institute® Trademark Disclaimer

Pursuit Financial Prep LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CFA Institute®. CFA® and Chartered Financial Analyst® are trademarks owned by CFA Institute®. The study materials provided by Pursuit Financial Prep LLC are independently created for educational purposes and are not official CFA Institute materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Pursuit Financial Prep LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Service.

Pursuit Financial Prep LLC is not responsible for exam outcomes. Use of this Service does not guarantee that you will pass the CFA® exam or any other examination. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pursuit Financial Prep LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes relating to these terms or the Service shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction or through binding arbitration, as applicable.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
